  Absolutely unacceptable. Chatgpt says I should report them for federal wire fraud and that's what I'll do if my money isn't returned that they've had over 2 months. Aside from that, stay away. I paid for a system advertised with 128 GB of RAM and received one with only 32 GB. A comparable 32 GB system was available elsewhere for around $1,299, so I never would have paid $1,800 for what they actually sent me. * When I spoke with Richard, he indicated that I should send the computer back and led me to believe I would be getting my money back. I was prepared to return it based on that understanding. Then, when I contacted my bank about the dispute, I learned that Printomize had not even responded to the bank at that point. * Richard also blamed the manufacturer. That excuse makes no sense to me. I bought the computer from Printomize America based on Printomize America's own listing and specifications. * They took $1,800 for a 128 GB system, delivered a 32 GB system, and I still don't have my money back. Buyers should document everything and verify every specification before doing business with this company.

  After helping me with an OmniPrint DTF printer for over a year (since the service at OmniPrint was so terrible) I started purchasing the DTF inks, powder, and film through Richard. I became busy enough to graduate into a larger, faster printer so I worked with Chris & Richard and purchased their new Hyper 4 DTF. The install went really well and James, the tech that did the install and training has become a friend to me and between him, Richard, Chris, and the other techs I have had total confidence with my purchase. Anytime I need assistance the team at Printomize has been incredibly responsive. If you're looking to purchase a new printer or just consumables to keep your DTF operation on point, there is no better choice than Printomize America.

  The guys at Printomize America have been awesome. Ever since we purchased our dtf printer a few years ago, they have helped us with any questions or problems we ran into, from changing out a bulb, to making sure our prints were perfect and even walking us through an entire print head replacement. We have learned a lot from them to say the least! They are always friendly and willing to help, no matter how often we call. James, Kevin and Chris have all been there for us even after hours to make sure we were up at running. We really appreciate your expertise and commitment.
