Each time I left feeling frustrated and defeated. We heard so many good things about the Thousand Palms post office and decided to try it. Patty and Rafael were amazing. They were so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. They are the kindest people and I’m so glad they made us feel comfortable and helped us get our passports. Thank you Patty and Rafael. We need more people like you in the world ☺️
