When I paid for an international package using Click N Ship online, it clearly stated that I may have to pay for the postage difference if my package weight is over what i paid for, which is fair. Well, the grumpy guy insist that I have to repackage my package because is 0.5 oz over weight and won't let me just pay the difference!! And the other time when i tried to mail out 3 greeting cards created by my 4 year old in a bigger envelope, the lady insist i filled out a custom form (shipping out of country) because those greeting cards are "rigid"?! Well, ya, it has stickers rhinestones and I'm mailing greeting cards, not papers!
