- JSJohn SmithAug 4, 20261.0Was in line at the post office on August 3rd, 2026. There was a customer in line with about 20 packages and he wanted a receipt. Whoever Karla with a K is, you definitely need to learn customer service. The way that you yelled at this customer was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I'm calling in a complaint to the 800 number for him. You made me not want to go into that post office. Because I never want to upset you and be berated the way you did that customer. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!
- JSJeanelle SJul 3, 20261.0I’ve visited this post office several times, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The employees often come across as unfriendly, impatient, and unwilling to help, which makes every visit feel unpleasant. On my most recent visit, I paid for a tracking service that was never fulfilled because my package was never scanned as delivered. The employee who originally accepted my package specifically told me that if that happened, I could return for a refund on the tracking service. When I came back to do exactly that, the employee assisting me was dismissive, reluctant to honor what I had been told, and unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled is what matters. A little professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy would go a long way toward improving the experience at this location.
