I loved hearing him speak to all the people ahead of me- so courteous and having a good laugh all at the same time. He made me stock the return receipts because I wasn’t clued in enough to look in more than one location! Anyhow I appreciated his humour and good spirits in this time when customer service in general seems to be hit and miss. Thank you Jeff!
