  I went into Staples to complete an Amazon return, and unfortunately, the employee who assisted me seemed frustrated before I even approached the counter. I was returning a set of Halloween garden décor stakes. When he had difficulty fitting them into the box, he rudely asked, “Did they come assembled?” I explained that they did not, but that I had left them assembled because I didn’t want the pieces to get separated. He rolled his eyes, became visibly more irritated, and aggressively took the stakes apart and shoved them into the box. I was concerned they could be damaged, and I felt embarrassed because there was a line of customers behind me watching the interaction. I even apologized, despite simply trying to complete a return. He would not make eye contact and sarcastically told me to “have a good day.” His demeanor was unnecessarily hostile and intimidating, and the entire interaction made me very uncomfortable. I will be taking my Amazon returns elsewhere in the future. Customer service should never make someone feel embarrassed or intimidated for simply completing a return.

  It's been a long time since I've been to Staples, and it'll be way longer if I ever go back. Today Kenneth made my shopping experience so memorable. Not only was he extremely rude, but he went out of his way to be rude. Joe the manager was a pretty nice guy so that was the only positive thing, but Joe your employee should find employment elsewhere

  Other location is closer but I always go to this location for all my print orders because my experience everytime has been great! I have ordered thousands and thousands flyers, laminated items, stamps, business cards, posters and the staff has been wonderful each and every time. More recent was Heather and Jacqlyn in print and copy center. My stamp order was just not coming out right after multiple attempts and I was not charged until I was satisfied with my order which was so great since it was not coming out right. They truly try to do their best and it is so appreciated. The staff here is much nicer than the Menifee lcoation.

  Slow UPS return counter. 1 person to handle 10 people in line. They need self serve counters like some of the UPS stores.

  Cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather and Jaclyn in the print center. I came into Staples with an extremely large and time-sensitive project—over 1,600 pages of important documents that I needed to get to out quickly. What could have been an even more incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of these two amazing employees. They gave me the best advice and tools I would need to do my own part in future handlings with this matter. Heather and Jaclyn were patient, professional, organized, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to help me work through an enormous amount of paperwork and made sure everything was handled carefully and correctly. Their willingness to help, especially knowing how urgent this was for me, meant more than they probably realize. Heather is a manager and she really went above and beyond I’ll always be a repeat customer because of her. This is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. Staples is very fortunate to have Heather and Jaclyn representing their company. Thank you both for going above and beyond for me—I truly appreciate you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
