  The print team at this store is a cut above. In particular, Andrew, has always been an especially helpful and kind so when I unexpectedly needed to get back to the car, I knew I could leave my 12 yr old daughter to complete the transaction with confidence knowing she was in good hands. Sure enough within minutes my daughter got to the car glowing saying Andrew was nice to her and helped her pick up her birth certificate we needed that day for cheer practice. Also, I had no hesitation sending this order of such a sensitive document here. I have had positive experiences with so many at this store and when I was in again today I had the chance to meet Heather. When I shared my positive feedback of Andrew she said it made her proud to have recently taken on being the head of the department. Everything is so transactional and automated these days.. when there are these moments of human connection and kindness it really goes a long way. Honorable mention to Jocelyn as well. She too has always been a friendly face and another one of the good ones who round out this 5 star team. Appreciate you guys! I’m sure I’ll see you soon, Mande

  This is now my official Staples Store! I literally drive 21 miles to purchase items and place my printing order. The print and marketing team are professional, friendly, and fast. I would recommend this store and I will return!

  Heather was very helpful and pleasant over the phone when I called in for a status on a order I had placed she had mentioned to me she had several customers in line and if she could take my name and phone number and she would call me back and she did within 10 minutes I really appreciated it. I went in to pick up my order yesterday and it was an honor to meet her in person she was actually the one working at the copy and print counter. She was very professional and such a sweetheart. Definitely outstanding customer service!

  Two of the management personnel at the store went out of their way to locate a returned item that I brought in on Saturday morning to be returned to Amazon. They both went through a number of boxes to find the item returned to see if my misplaced keys were located in the bag. I offered to buy them lunch or dinner for their efforts and they said no thank you so I wanted to give a review for their effort.. If your review went up to 10 stars, they would’ve gotten that because they really made a big effort to help me out. This store is very well managed, and I was very impressed by their willingness to search for the bag that they did find, but the keys were not with the bag.

  Joe provided outstanding service and made our experience amazing. However, the print/ship counter had poor service during previous visits over the past year or two. When we mentioned this to Joe, he acknowledged the issues and shared that management is aware of the previous employees who negatively impacted the customer experience. Changes are being implemented to improve service at the counter. I give Joe 10 STARS!! The store based on previous trips 3 Star and that is being generous! I believe Joe will help improve the overall experience!
