- SCS CMay 6, 20261.0I ordered this item back in March, they said they delivered 9 March 2026 but I never received it. Requested a replacement that was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of March. 12 March passed, Amazon account stated it too was delivered even though I checked every week and still no package. What shows up 5 May 2026?? BOTH PACKAGES!!! There is zero excuse why my packages took from March all the way to now (May) to be delivered. This is a recurring problem with this post office and contacting supervisors don’t do anything. I’ve left my number to be called back when I reported the issue back in March. If you have to get packages make sure it’s sent to you via UPS or FEDEX, NOT the USPS!

My mail carrier always puts false dispositions on my packages, claiming they need a gate code or there is no secure location, when in fact they just don't want to deliver to my house for whatever reason. We have no gate code. The secure location is our front door. They will claim a pink slip is left, yes there is nothing in my box. The people at this USPS branch are cooking the numbers so they can give false reporting back to management while slacking on the job.
