- SMSafoura MorovatiJul 1, 20265.0I’ve been coming to this UPS Store regularly for quite a while, and every visit has been a positive experience. Today, though, their customer service really stood out. I had two very heavy Amazon return boxes that I couldn’t get out of my car by myself. The owner, Rajeet, immediately came outside to help me without hesitation. Although I’ve seen him there many times, today was my first personal interaction with him, and I was genuinely impressed. He was patient, kind, and took the time to walk me through an issue I was having with my return, guiding me step by step until everything was resolved. I also want to recognize David, who was incredibly helpful as well. He helped move the heavy boxes to and from my car, making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a business where the owner and staff consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Rajeet and David provided exceptional customer service, and it’s one of the many reasons I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend this UPS Store!
