- TWTravis WillwerthSep 1, 20261.0I went in today with a tracking number because my package had my physical address on it rather than my post box and the guy there, flat out refused to help me when the package was tracked to the office. He even agreed with me that the delivery was in the back and I was rudely dismissed.

- DTDan TempleJul 28, 20261.0When using their priority mail boxes make sure you understand that there are two different type boxes that look identical: Flat Rate boxes and By Weight boxes. I mailed two medium sized boxes; one was 9 lbs for $18 (by weight) and one was 5 lbs for $34 (flat rate). The worker couldn’t explain why the rate was different. I had to go to another PO for this simple explanation.
