Why on Saturdays is there frequently a message stating they were unable to deliver my package due to the fact they say there is an obstruction to my mailbox or my driveway. Not even in 2 feet of snow is my house non-accessible.

Giving some kind of excuse as to why they can't do it, even though there is none. Like saying, a plastic roll of fencing won't fit in a mailbox..... of course, It won't, leave it by the door. And then, marks items are delivered when they're not. Yet.....? Attached is how they "delivered" our package. (Standing in the street to take the picture.) you're public servants who have a government job. You need to do it. The post office once had a reputation that they would accomplish their job at any cost. Now, they're just a bunch of lazy overpaid, entitled ignorant people. STILL Having issues with doing their job of delivering mail of all shapes and sizes. If this continues, I think new management and new employees might be required.
- DNdorthy nicholsNov 26, 20142.0i'm a new resident to susanville ca and when i put my mail out to be picked up in the mail box with the red flag up, the postal worker will not stop and pick up my out going mail. i've been told that they don't have to stop unless they have a delivery. well, that doesn't really make sense because they are going by my resident to put mail into the box at the next door neighbor, so, why not stop and pick up my mail. why do i or anyone else have to go to the post office every day when there is a postal worker that comes by (6) six days a week.
