- MEMatthew EJul 18, 20265.0Got my fingerprints taken here on a Saturday morning (because the first USPS location I went to, Redwood City, wasn't doing fingerprints for the day). The woman running it seemed a little anxious about getting through everyone before closing, but she was friendly and helped me do like 5 attempts of fingerprinting on my right hand until we got a print the machine accepted. It seems like the system has an arbitrary 15 minute time limit per person she couldn't do anything about, so she was trying really hard to work quickly so I wouldn't time out.
- MMMayaJul 2, 20261.0Wendy is so rude and short tempered. She needs to be reported to the post master. Or I can start wearing meta glasses and show the internet how rude she is. She also self answers the machine when it asks “how service was” which is not acceptable. It’s up to the customer to make a selection for themselves.
