- SVSK VlogApr 16, 20261.0Paid for the key replacement service for mailbox at Fremont Ave office , I have waited over 2 month and found the key at home, never get call and never notified and never get key replaced, I went to ask for refund but Clerk just told I have to go to this main office, she made sure If I could get help if I go this main office to superviser and supervisor said there is no refund over the phone. What should I do for the service I have paid and never got service, it’s their negligence and even denying refund, what a terrible customer experience.
