- JCJJ Chen2 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing customer service! There were so many customers waiting in line that the line extended all the way into the parking lot, yet they still had only one employee serving customers. The wait was unacceptable, and it was clear that no effort was being made to address the situation or help the people waiting. It honestly feels like this location has no respect for its customers’ time. Customers deserve better than this. USPS needs to improve its staffing and customer service instead of leaving people waiting endlessly with no consideration for their time or frustration
- SSSOct 2, 20261.0Simply terrible. Online USPS tracking claimed to pick up the package at this address, claiming it is open until 5:30, which is inaccurate. It also claimed this place is open on Saturday, which is also inaccurate. Not to mention online redelivery request was never honored either. Simply terrible.
