  Terrible customer service as the associate who works at this location is surprisingly rude, they don’t even hand you the receipt and rolled her eyes to a customer, no greeting at all. Just avoid.

  I like this location, because it's very convenient. The parking lot can be chaotic at times, but there's plenty of parking. Hit or miss with the employees. Some can never be bothered to say a single word to you, not even when customers say Thank You. The workers don't need to go out of their ways to be friendly or even say You're Welcome. "No worries" would even be a sufficient answer, but not even that, before going back to looking at their phones. Rude!

  Very disappointing experience at UPS today. I went in to return some items and one staff member directed me to the self-scan section. While I was trying to scan my package, the screen said to contact an associate for help. I politely said “excuse me,” and instead of helping, the employee yelled from across the store, “Scan it,” in a very rude tone. Before that, she had been standing outside the counter area throwing packages roughly into the counter section, which already came across as aggressive and unprofessional. When I explained that the screen was asking for assistance, she finally came over and helped me at the counter, but her attitude the entire time was rude and unfriendly. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect
