I’d like to give a shoutout to Miriam who worked at this UPS store. I came here today to mail some important documents including some passport photos. Miriam kindly provided me with small plastic bags for my photos so they wouldn’t fall apart from the photo folder while shipping. She also reminded me to take a photo of the package and the receipt before I left. She’s so attentive, friendly and professional! My experience at UPS went through so smoothly and pleasantly thanks to her work! 💯

Bad Amazon return experience. The lady who worked there lied to me on UPS policy. I checked online and found out UPS doesn’t have that policy at all.

Clean store with an Amazon return dropoff and friendly employees. Most of the negative reviews are directed at corporate, the employees are great. Props to the employee on Saturday morning 9/12 that stayed professional, helpful, and friendly as some customer yelled at her for a solid 10 minutes about how the price of his shipments have gone up. Your local UPS employee doesn't set those things, take it up with corporate. She remained solid the entire time and deserves a raise from corporate, perhaps by the amount that guy has to pay on his packages...
