  I waited for this delivery for two days. The driver left a door tag without even trying to contact me, and when I visited the FedEx location, the employee was completely unhelpful. She showed no interest in solving the problem and simply told me to wait until tomorrow. This was a very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

  Used to like this location, but today was frustrating. I went there around 6:55 PM to ship two laptops internationally. Store closes at 7:30 PM. I did not have the labels printed because I needed help with the shipment process due to the batteries. The employee immediately said he would not do it because “it takes too much time.” I even mentioned there was still time before closing, but he just did not want to deal with it. It honestly felt like they just did not care because their salary gets paid anyway whether customers are helped properly or not. I understand not wanting to start something huge right at closing time, but this was 35 minutes before closing and the complete unwillingness to help was disappointing.

  They will be too lazy to deliver packages so they just give you a door tag with an invalid number so you never have any way of getting your package and it's free money for them
