- SSshi shaJun 4, 20261.0This is the shittiest courier service you can use. Avoid at all costs. Their drivers don't follow delivery instructions. I didn't get my package for over a week from the actual delivery date. Finally I had to pick it up from their locker. I left instructions for the drivers to call me. They simply said they didn't access to my house. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also, the customer service which I phoned to complain straight up told me no more delivery attempts will be made from their end. I repeat AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Complaint number: 14563980
- RLRichard LeeMay 26, 20261.0Received an email stating that my international package was ready for pickup for Tuesday May 26 after modifying my delivery to pickup at service station. Got there at 10am when the station was supposed to open. Instead I encountered a sign taped to the entrance stating "in a meeting, will open around 10:15am". Came back at 10:15, the front reception said package was not ready, still being sorted. Why did I even receive the email then? Tried calling the station from 3pm - 8pm. Immediately rerouted to hold music which automatically cuts off 5 minutes later. No one ever picked up. Hope I never have to deal with DHL ever again.

- LRLaura RicoApr 29, 20261.0Me parece de muy mal gusto, las personas que trabajan en esa oficina no le dan a uno la información correcta y fuera eso le dicen a uno mentiras, y me preguntaron que si era una casa o un apartamento no sé qué tiene que ver no le entregan a uno el paquete sabiendo que el paquete está en esa estación. Mi paquete lleva desde el sábado en esa estación dicen que el lunes martes miércoles y no me lo han entregado y fuera eso en el no lo actualizan en el seguimiento para eso uno paga el servicio
