  This jus happened today July 11, 2026. This is by far the worst place to drop off Amazon returns or shipments. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've come here only to be told their system is down. What's even more frustrating is that this almost never seems to happen at other UPS locations. The experience starts the moment you walk in. There was no greeting or "How can I help you?" The employee looked at the boxes I was carrying from head to toe and immediately said, "We don't do Amazon returns." I replied, "No? I'm confused I literally selected this location online just a few minutes ago." He then looked at my boxes and said, "Your boxes don't have labels. We can't process them. I had to explain that I had specifically selected Amazon's No Box, No Label return option. It honestly felt like I was teaching UPS employees how Amazon returns work instead of the other way around. After that, he simply told me I could go to another UPS Store. I explained that I didn't want to waste time driving from store to store only to find out they had the same issue. His response was, "Then you can call and ask them yourself." Meanwhile, another employee in the back said, "Oh, I called another store and they told me their system is working." So clearly they were able to check with another location. He just didn't want to help me. To make matters worse, Amazon now requires customers to select a specific UPS Store when initiating a return. That means I can't simply go somewhere else. I have to cancel the return, start the entire process all over again, and select a different location. Despite that, the employee didn't apologize, didn't explain when the system might be working again, and didn't offer any solution at all. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. No empathy, no communication, and no effort to help. After multiple separate visits with the same "system is down" excuse, it's hard not to feel like this location simply doesn't want to deal with Amazon returns. I don't understand why Amazon continues to list this store as an authorized return location when it is consistently unreliable and provides such poor customer service.

  PSA! Store is under construction and they are not accepting Amazon return items! Wish someone told me before showing up and wasting my time.

  man the store owner is rude as hell. also does not know boundaries. started touching my stuff and moving around my things because he didnt like it in the store. mind you the store is under construction. but hes throwing a fit. refering to me as his friend. nah. i dont know you. dont ever touch my stuff. i feel bad for his staff, cuz he sucks

  Worst UPS store around, they never have the needed services available, either comeback at certain hours or never available.
