  FEDEX IS THE WORST. I stayed home from work specifically for this package. I was home, in my living room, no music, no sound to distract me. I get an email at 11:28am that the delivery attempt was made at 11:17 and there was no one home. HAVE YOUR DRIVERS KNOCK OR RING DOORBELLS.

  The level of service I encountered was unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely unreasonable. Your employee lack of basic customer service skills and failed to handle a straightforward situation appropriately. I was denied the release of my package because the address on my ID did not match the delivery address

  Package was out for delivery around 8am. I was waiting at home the entire time. Suddenly I receive a notification that the delivery was attempted which is completely untrue. The driver Bryan didn’t even attempt to deliver. He never called or anything. And the only photo he provided was a photo of my label on the box. I don’t like how they claimed that “customer was unavailable”. They didn’t even try to contact me or anything. I’m so disappointed. If I had the option of choosing a different delivery carrier, I would. This is ridiculous.
