- DVDaniel VillanuevaAug 27, 20194.0Its the post office. Very little to say. This one is a tiny operation with limited hours. THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE HERE. The queue can get a little long sometimes, but usually I've never had to wait long and they can take care of most normal USPS errands.

You must set up a PO Box to receive mail (advertised as free for Summerland residents). However, you cannot register for a free PO Box online (in person only), they will not process paperwork after 3:45pm, and required a copy of my lease (previously was told any bill with my name and address would suffice). VERY difficult for working professionals and have received conflicting information from employees. Very poor customer experience.
