Lately a gentlemen name David has been helping them out. He is very professional and seems like he has done a lot for this office, which for a time felt like USPS had forgotten about. Glad to see positive change.

I recently moved to Summerland so I've asked normal questions like if I could print shipping labels here or if there was a drop off slot for after hours. She scoffed at me and acted as if I was inconveniencing her having to explain she couldn't do either. For printing she basically laughed and said where would I print? NO HELP AT ALL. Will literally avoid this place accept to get my mail at this point.

You must set up a PO Box to receive mail (advertised as free for Summerland residents). However, you cannot register for a free PO Box online (in person only), they will not process paperwork after 3:45pm, and required a copy of my lease (previously was told any bill with my name and address would suffice). VERY difficult for working professionals and have received conflicting information from employees. Very poor customer experience.
