  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the delightful experience today of being helped by Lucas, and I wanted to recognize his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel rushed, and turned what could have been a stressful errand into a very pleasant experience. Employees like Lucas are a great reflection of FedEx, and I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. Unfortunately, my experience with another employee, whom I believe was the manager on duty, was the complete opposite. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working on Friday, July 1, around 5:30 p.m. He was loud, unfriendly, and unnecessarily rude. While I was there, I also witnessed him speaking very disrespectfully to another customer who did not speak English fluently. It was uncomfortable to watch and created an unwelcoming atmosphere in the store. Lucas deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service. The manager on duty, however, undermines the customer experience and reflects poorly on the entire FedEx brand. I sincerely hope management identifies who was working at that time and addresses this behavior, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

  Don’t let them touch your items. This place is trash. After they took my item and demanded that they wrap it themselves and spent 8 minutes wrapping it in plastic I was told now the price is 500% higher than listed due to fees. I would have rather bought the supplies and wrapped it myself obviously. Cheap scam. I wouldn’t come here for anything. Receipt shown is for 1 cardboard box and about 6ft of bubble wrap. Price listed on the wall is $6.

  I want to give this location 4 starts because I have had such lovely and helpful service the past few times I was there. So overall I like this store, but today, a man, I think his name is Astair, he was wearing a mask, middle-aged, white. He was brief, short, rude. Seemingly overwhelmed when there seemed to be more Employees than customers. I get that all have bad days and maybe he was having one, but his atrocious customer made me leave today to take my service elsewhere and I'm not sure I'll be coming back here.

  I have been coming to this store for over 10 years. Today I met someone that was absolutely out of their minds. Saying things that made no logical sense. It's such a shame that some people don't have the ability to rationalize and reason.

  I had a really mixed experience at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. On the positive side, the girl who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was genuinely great. She walked me through everything from start to finish, was patient, and made the whole process smooth. Easily the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match that level. A couple of the older gentlemen working there came off pretty grumpy and kept insisting customers had to buy an extra box when they actually didn’t. They were corrected more than once, but there was no acknowledgment or apology, which made it feel unnecessarily frustrating and a bit dismissive. The location itself is fine and gets the job done, but the inconsistency in service really stands out. Big appreciation for the employee who helped me—she’s doing it right—but the rest of the team could use a reset on customer experience.
