- KYKue YangSep 17, 20261.0Got there early at 9AM. They only were providing pick up and drop off services. I had a return to do with a provided QR code. I waited five minutes for the one customer in front of me. Lady couldn’t do my return for me since she did mentioned only pick up or drop off only. But maybe be a little more specific, I assumed my return was considered to be a drop off as I’m dropping off my item for them to take care of. I’m a mom and when I “drop off” my child to school, I’m leaving her there. Same thing with my item, I was there to drop off my item. And because they refused to do my return, I drove to the other usps on pacific ave to figure out the self service machine could get the return done for me. I’m even more upset at the fact that if she couldn’t provide the assistance I needed over the counter, why did she not direct me to the self service machine that they also had at the Robinhood location. Wasted about thirty minutes of my morning. Communication and directions could be better.

The mail carrier forgot to scan the package to inform me that it’s departing from Stockton to before it get to its destination.
