  This was my first time shipping with DHL. Jackie was phenomenal! She was patient, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make it smooth and easy! I cannot thank her enough!!

  Save time and money and go with USPS or FedEx for international shipments. Kat and Jackie were sweet and sincere and helpful, however, they claimed DHL does EVERYTHING for u so we don't have to. Shipped 2 packages out to Australia and they entered all the info incorrectly causing me more work and delay in shipment. They selected commercial when it's not and entered household items when they were all toys and clothes. They even said a toy gun was not allowed & removed it but just spoke to another DHL location and they said that's wrong. It's allowed with an exception. DHL in Australia were confused with what these girls did and they charged me more because of the incorrect info. Clearly, they're not knowledgeable with their job. Nothing but headache. Never again.
