- JDJacquelyn DayAug 10, 20261.0Twice in the past year we stopped getting mail delivery for a week. When going there(and standing in a long line not moving because no one was there) we were told the mailbox which serviced many addresses in the neighborhood was broken. Explaination was incorrect and we took pictures. But point being they never notified us. This happened twice. The most recent last week. We went in again. They said they replaced the box. Our key did not work. We were told we had to go to our HOA to get a key??!?!!!????? All this after they delivered my $130,000 check sent to be signed for to the wrong address. Really??!!
