I had a package that was only attempted for delivery once. Instead of trying again or holding it at the post office for pickup, they simply returned it to the sender. Even the USPS national customer service representative was surprised that happened and told me to contact this local branch directly. The problem is that I’ve tried calling this branch around 10 different times at all hours of the day. I’ve called right when they open, a few hours later, in the middle of the day, and late in the afternoon. They have never answered the phone. Not once. It’s incredibly frustrating to have no way to reach the people responsible for your package. Between returning packages after a single attempt and never answering the phone, it’s no surprise this location has such terrible reviews.
