- MMmonstruiJul 31, 20261.0El día de hoy, fui a hacer un trámite a las 8:30am . Y la manera en la que me trataron no fue la más deseada, solo por el simple hecho de hablar español. Me ignoraron y me dijeron que me apartara de la línea hasta que llegara alguien que supiera hablar español. La manera en la que me lo dijo y la expresión de su cara fue algo muy desagradable. Me resulta muy difícil de comprender el momento en el que me dijeron delante de mi hija que me apartara porque no podían ayudarme para continuar con un simple. Ya llegará alguien, me parece indignante y discriminante. Esperar durante 2 horas con mis 2 hijas y que no me hayan ayudado. Que horrible servicio al cliente, no puedo creer que haya personas de ese tipo trabajando en ese lugar y no tengan un poco de educación. Que me hayan hecho de menos por no saber un idioma.

She told me “ I already scanned it three times come back later “ with a nasty attitude. They need to hire new people . I came back to try again and a gentleman helped me out . He explained everything nicely to me and she kept interrupting him with annoying comments.
