The front worker lady(Asian one) was extremely rude when I simply asked why the tracking info on my receipt did not match my tracking on the box. She proceeded to yell at me saying it was my fault and that she does not know the procedures of her job and continued to yell at me how this was not her fault. I just wanted the correct tracking number.
