I was suffering badly from covid and was told that I could fight the fever by switching between Tylenol and IBUPROFEN so I ordered them to come to my place so I didn't have to go out and risk infecting anyone. Instead of recieving my package I got a note saying my package couldn't be delivered. I was in so much pain. I was new to the area so I used google maps and found a post office near me. I went there wearing using precautions by wearing a mask. I was in so much pain. When it was my turn I placed the note on the counter and backed off while alearting her that I had covid (so she would know why I was backing away, so I wasn't breathing near her, and she would know not to touch the paper with her bare hands). I complained about me being home but the delivery person didn't deliver my package. Before I could say anything else she went sphycotic and began screaming at me. I was isufdering extremely from covid that I don't even know what she was saying other than something about I was in the wrong place. Since I had no idea where any other post office was and I was suffering so bad, I just grabbed my form and went home. Then I find out that she lied to the police saying I threatened her, and is charging me with felonies of terrorizing her!?! Her comments to the police are obvious lies and easily proved incorrect. I'm also going to pay for a polygraphy test to prove my story. It is common sense some of her statements are lies. Why do good people who try to do a good thing have to be put through this king of torment? She mistook my pain as anger. I had no ill feelings towards this woman. I'm a good Christian and would never threaten someone I don't know and especially has done nothing to me. I even learned my lesson from that experience and when I had to go to the urologist the next day I wrote a note telling the gals that I had covid so I wouldn't worry anyone in the waiting room. I walked in quietly and showed the note to the gals at the desk. They laughed and said I looked like a bank robber. I said, "I just got yelled at by the lady at the post office when I told her, so I was trying not to scare anyone in the waiting room". Now that is how someone should show customer service to someone who is trying to do the right thing.
