- KCkaran cobain1 day ago1.0Extremely disappointed with USPS. I sent two parcels to Scotland ( chocolates and clothes ). I clearly told the girl ( I guess an Indian girl ) handling my shipment multiple times that the chocolates were important and needed the fastest shipping because they could melt, which is why I paid over $100 for express delivery. After more than a week, the express parcel got delivered, and somehow it was the clothes instead of the chocolates. Seriously, how does such a careless mistake even happen? What was the point of paying extra for fast shipping then? This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.

- JPJessica PeralesJul 14, 20151.0We went over to file a passport request at their office location. We weren't assisted, we were ignored, we were insulted and laughed at by an Asian woman employee. She did not take her time to help us besides yell at us and made us feel stupid. She made me cry. I don't know how people like her with no people skills are allowed to work for our state post office. I do hope she and her coworks learn to do a better job, but by far the WORT customer service ever!!!
