  Unfortunately this location has been in steady decline over the past few years, and continues to decline. The staff is poorly trained, the equipment is outdated and the store has only the most basic supplies. Anyone would be much better off going to the Staples down the street, where the staff is well trained, the equipment is current, and the supplies are plentiful. Save yourself the headache and skip the Sonoma UPS Store altogether.

  This UPS location is great, the staff are always so kind, accommodating & efficient, I never feel like im waiting! They remember me & my kids and are so helpful with all my returns & shipping needs. Thank you all so much!
