- EBEmily BarwickMay 23, 20261.0Update 4/3/2026 The postmaster named Lori is very unprofessional and rude. She would rather talk up a storm and ignore her job and a line of customers. Good luck getting money orders. When she’s working, the post office’s systems are down or they are out of money orders. She will snap at you and try to chaw you out of the post office no matter what time of day it is to avoid having to do her job. The mail workers who actually deliver the mail do not do their job. Letters and small packages that can be delivered are kept at the post office because the mail worker doesn’t seem to do their job. This needs to be fixed.

- JMJessica MontaninoSep 8, 20231.0Horrible. They refuse to turn a package over to me. The lock for the package box doesn’t work. I told them this morning in person. Their rep actually went out and put the key back in my mail box. Took a video of the lock not working this evening and went back to the post office. They didn’t believe I knew how to use a key so I had them watch the video. Oh, I guess the carrier will have to get it tomorrow they said.
- SSShawolmintDec 6, 20221.0The post master is rude. She bad mouths me to everyone. I've always been nice to her and gave her no reason to be passive aggressive towards me. She likes to make sure my mail is in the wrong box. She said don't be like me and order a whole bunch of stuff online. She doesn't want to do her job. She feels overly entitled. If there was another post office I wouldn't use this one but I have no choice. If you want to make this place better then you need to reassess your leadership.
