  Shopping Kiosks are always helpful. The waiting time for a customer service to help you it might not ever never go away.

  IPDAT 9/29/26 - is this place a practical joke on the community or something!? How come every time I go here I can never get my packages off!? 6:30 PM and for some reason, the kiosk isn’t working and there’s no receipt paper in it. Who runs this place? They ought to be ashamed of . Do you know how much gas I’ve wasted driving down here numerous times just to be disappointed and have to turn around and drive back home wasting expensive gas Have some damn respect for the community Jesus . UPDATE LABOR DAY- this is my fifth wasted trip here this month. Again, why have a 24 hour lobby if the kiosk never works? This post office has wasted so much of my gas money. UPDATE: 8/16 Sunday 5:47 PM the kiosk doesn’t work. Can’t do my eBay sales once again. Never seen something so ridiculous. They can’t keep the printer paper and the machine not on a Tuesday not on a Sunday. UPDATE - 8/11/26 again, the 24 hour machines aren’t working. It’s only 9 o’clock at night on a Tuesday. I’m the fourth person standing here who can’t mail their stuff. Aren’t you supposed to have a deal with eBay that you are supposed to provide access for this 24 hours? Again, I waste all my gas driving down here from the In-N-Out to mail my stuff after working 13 hours today. There goes all my profits from my eBay transaction and now I look like a bad seller again thanks to you guys. Just close the damn 24 hour kiosk if it never works. I guarantee this place is staffed by subpar men and women who could never cut it in the private sector where performance and profit is taken into consideration. How hard is it to fill two rolls of label printer paper before you clock out? Please try serving the people of your community and stop being lazy (Old bad review) What’s the point of having the kiosk and me driving all the way down here on a Sunday evening when your damn machines don’t work? Why did I just waste gas and drive all the way down here on a Sunday night now I’m going to look like a bad eBay seller because my post office can’t give me the service it has promised. I’m Going out of town in the morning how am I supposed to send this eBay package that I do on the weekends? Nothing frustrates me more than the government not being able to do simple stuff. These are the people we want running healthcare!? Can’t believe I’m going to get bad feedback on eBay because of this post office. me and a bunch of other customers just standing in the lobby, like a bunch of jerk offs, unable to send our stuff off like we had promised our buyers
