  Refuse to scan the label from a photo on your phone if the printed lable won't scan. Then charge $3.00 to login from thier computer to print another label.

  Was running late today and needed to pick up a (re-routed signature required) package, but unfortunately got there as they closed. The clerk there was dealing with wet carpet and dryers, but was still kind enough to let me in and pick up the package. I frequent this location and everyone I’ve dealt with is always helpful and professional, so I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. My guess is these bad reviews come from people who are just new to a process or are just having a bad day and looking to project their issues on someone at UPS. Thanks for the great service and kindness today UPS- First/LA!

  I use this store for all my shipping needs. Andrea is always friendly, helpful and very knowledge. I always recommend this store to my friends and family members..
