  Happy to know a dedicated, hard working office staff. Our manager John is the hardest worker, always looking for work for all employees. I have been there a few years and haven't been disappointed.

  The staff seemed disorganized and did not treat applicants with respect or professionalism. I felt like my time was wasted, and I was left without clear answers or support throughout the process. Promises were made but not kept, which made the entire experience frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable employment assistance. There are agencies that value honesty, communication, and respect for job seekers unfortunately, this was not one of them.

  I would not recommend this staffing agency based on my experience. Communication was disorganized, and when I tried to answer their questions, I was met with an unprofessional attitude instead of respect. It felt like I was being interrogated rather than treated like someone who had shown up and done the job. A staffing agency should support the people they send out to work, not make them feel disrespected over routine questions. Professionalism and customer service seem to be lacking, and the way concerns are handled needs serious improvement. I hope management and HR take these reviews seriously because employees and temporary workers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this hiring agency. I accepted an assignment and completed my full shift without any issues. The next morning, I received a call asking to verify my hours, which was completely understandable. They asked if I took a lunch break, and I answered yes. They then asked, “Did you come back?” Since I had already confirmed that I worked my full shift, I replied, “Well, duh.” After that, the representative’s attitude changed completely. Instead of handling the conversation professionally, they became rude and spoke to me in a way that was unnecessary and disrespectful. As someone representing a hiring agency, professionalism and respect should be expected, even if a conversation becomes frustrating. I simply wanted my hours verified and to be treated with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend working with this agency based on how I was treated.

  EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the staff at this branch. I have worked with multiple hiring agencies, and I only accepted one single position through this one and because of the repeated unprofessionalism I encountered. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff here has been consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. For context, if you’re looking for a good agency check out PrideStaff. It’s a strong example of how a hiring agency should operate professional, respectful, and responsive. This branch, by comparison, falls far short of that standard. I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking employment consider literally any other agency. The level of service and attitude I experienced here was disappointing enough that I will not be working with this branch again, and I would appreciate this matter being reviewed by HR.
