- LJLaRaine JohnsonApr 21, 20261.0Today 4/21/2026 at 11:58am we are not aware Of the workers name because the other two workers this afternoon, females did not disclose it. This white woman this morning gave my mother‘s T-Mobile cell phone away to a white man when he gave her his ID, which clearly did not have my mother‘s name on it considering she is a black woman and now they are making excuses as to why this has happened so now we have to make a claim and get this illegal activity resolved when my mother paid $5.99 to have this phone shipped to this location so the only people who Knew that the phone was coming to UPS was UPS a lot of illegal activities going on but we will get to the bottom of it because I recorded the whole interaction today when we went back to the store to look at the surveillance camera. This is totally unacceptable. If I could rate a zero star, I would.

We came in with a huge pile of boxes to ship after our home printer had been acting wonky, and they went above and beyond helping us with printing, labeling, and getting everything sorted. Such a kind and lovely bunch of people. Highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs!
