  I want to recognize the outstanding service I received today. The UPS representative was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They carefully explained the shipping options, helped ensure my important documents were handled correctly, and made me feel confident that everything was taken care of. It’s rare to receive customer service this thoughtful and efficient. Thank you for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your help!

  Tom gave me the best customer service that I have had in a long time. He helped me with the insurance claim process all the way through.

  Today 4/21/2026 at 11:58am we are not aware Of the workers name because the other two workers this afternoon, females did not disclose it. This white woman this morning gave my mother‘s T-Mobile cell phone away to a white man when he gave her his ID, which clearly did not have my mother‘s name on it considering she is a black woman and now they are making excuses as to why this has happened so now we have to make a claim and get this illegal activity resolved when my mother paid $5.99 to have this phone shipped to this location so the only people who Knew that the phone was coming to UPS was UPS a lot of illegal activities going on but we will get to the bottom of it because I recorded the whole interaction today when we went back to the store to look at the surveillance camera. This is totally unacceptable. If I could rate a zero star, I would.

  Joe and his family were absolutely wonderful. We came in with a huge pile of boxes to ship after our home printer had been acting wonky, and they went above and beyond helping us with printing, labeling, and getting everything sorted. Such a kind and lovely bunch of people. Highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs!

  Omg! Came in today to drop off an amazon package and DANIELLE was the best! Her customer service is great! She’s also great at handling multiple customers at a time! Which I find quite impressive! Wanted to come on here to say how awesome I think she is! It’s rare to see genuinely good customer service these days. And she has definitely got it! Thanks Danielle!
