Instead of offering assistance I was provided an 800 number and instructed to call the number to receive additional information. "There is no guarantee of delivery by the specified date on your receipt". If this is the type of "customer Service" one can expect when doing business with the US Postal Service then perhaps this explains why they are struggling financially. A private business which provides this miserable a level of service deserves to go out of business!
