  BEWARE OF USING SELF SERVICE KIOSK. I mailed a package that never made it out of the facility and was apparently “lost”. After three weeks with no updates, the manager told me this happens fairly OFTEN! Because the package never officially shipped, he said I can't file a lost package claim or recover the insurance value. When a postal worker accepts and scans your package, there is a clear record of who handled it, making it easier to track and hold someone accountable. With the kiosk, that accountability isn't there. My package contained a special souvenir from my travels for my aunt's birthday, and now it’s “lost”, very disappointing experience.

  I use this Post Office most often and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are willing to help you mail your package to benefit you w/ arrival time and give options w/ pricing. They never rush you and seem to love their jobs. The place is always clean and love you can just walk to the plastic curtain and drop off a package that doesn't need any postage; just drop and go. We will continue to use the USPS location.

  Last Friday (05/22/26), I went to this location to purchase a $1,500 money order. I paid using my debit card, and the funds were deducted from my account immediately, as expected. However, their printer malfunctioned and was unable to print the amount on the money order. I then spent nearly an hour waiting while the issue was being addressed, only to be told that if I still wanted the money order, I would need to pay another $1,500 upfront while they “processed the refund” for the original transaction. It has now been a week, and I still have not received my refund. I have been driving back to the location repeatedly trying to get an update, but nothing has been resolved. Throughout this entire situation, I remained respectful and patient with the employees, but this experience has become extremely frustrating. Holding someone’s money for this long, while also wasting their time with no clear resolution, is completely unacceptable.
