  10 🌟 for Cam. He stayed with me finishing my project - the ‘Connection cards’ for the pilot of the ‘Art Connections’ for the East Valley Community Center. He helped me get the right paper,print, laminate my cards and! Build this pyramid stand and he stayed for 1 hour after the shop was closed and we were all hardly worked to get that done. ✅ 4 sets of 4 cards / 4 artworks / 1 standing sign were produced in 2 hrs and it cost below $36 with a nice discount. One little minus - the glue sticks were not trustworthy. But this store manager effort was golden. Cameron is also an AI consultant - he gave me a few good tips. Highly recommend this man. You are in safe and skilled hands - he personally cut edges of my stand. I didn’t dare to do it myself. First time laminating and working with plastic… it was stressful to finish everything in time. Laminating takes a while to cut things - lesson learned. But all as good as:) hope UPS will Pay this man extra. He is worth it. Customer service excellence! Calm, knows his stuff and very kind.

  When I was preparing to move from California back to New York, I had several pieces of framed artwork that meant a great deal to me but had been left behind by my movers. I was honestly nervous about shipping them because I had previously sent artwork to myself through another carrier, and it arrived damaged. When I brought the artwork into The UPS Store, I explained my concerns to Reggie. He immediately put me at ease, telling me that he regularly packs and ships artwork for a nearby gallery and that he would take special care of mine. He absolutely delivered on that promise. The care that Reggie and Cam took in packing my artwork was extraordinary. Every piece was wrapped as though it were irreplaceable. The glass was protected with a special film to prevent damage to the artwork if it were ever to break, each piece was expertly cushioned and secured, and everything was packed so thoughtfully that I honestly don’t think it could have shifted during shipping if someone had tried. The shipment actually arrived a day earlier than expected, but what impressed me most was opening the box and seeing the level of craftsmanship and care that had gone into the packing itself. It was immediately obvious that they had treated my artwork with the same attention they would have given their own. In a world where it’s easy to overpromise and underdeliver, Reggie and Cam did exactly the opposite. They promised they would take exceptional care of my artwork, and they exceeded every expectation. If you have anything valuable, fragile, or simply meaningful that needs to be packed and shipped, I recommend The UPS Store on Ventura Boulevard without hesitation. Thank you, Reggie and Cam, for treating something that meant so much to me with such professionalism and care.

  Dropped off an Amazon return while in the area. Staff was just fine, got me my receipt, no problems. Solid location with decent parking, although it can be a little crowded during peak meal hours with all the restaurants in the complex.

  Best ups store in the country,super professional and friendly the notary guy/manager deserves a raise and a gold metal,hes a level on his own...
