- VAVictoria AlstonAug 1, 20261.0We had a passport appointment scheduled for 08:30am today and arrived on time. There were other customers with an appointment at 08:45 who were waiting as well. No one opened the doors to the counters until 08:55. The representative, Marisol, refused us because according to her, she didn’t see anyone and ultimately we were refused. She asked us why we didn’t talk to a staff member we saw who was fixing their flag pole, when we didn’t know to ask them. The responsibility should be on the staff to approach customers and provide customer service. Now we’re going to a UPS store as they accept walk-ins on the weekends and USPS does not.

The hours for the service is only 9-5, but the lobby area to get your own mail is like 5am-6pm most days except Sunday. I have had packages not delivered to the yellow envelope process... but just ask the front desk if they might have it. Ive found sometimes they forget to use the yellow slip. But otherwise very friendly staff!

The delivery drivers for the two days delivered it to the wrong address claiming that they delivered them on my front porch on two different occasions. When I called the Seaside Post Office directly by phone a Supervisor said he would call me to update me where my packages were. He didn't call me back! The next day I called six times to speak to the Supervisor and the post office never picked up the phone! I have lost all trust in the competence of USPS. Especially this Seaside location. I have a small business and I will not deal with them again. Even if I have to pay more and send and receive my packages from FedEx, UPS, and DHL!!!! You've lost a loyal customer!!!
