  I came into the Seaside UPS sore on May 5, 2026 and needed a box shipped to my daughter with my soon to be newborn grandsons clothes/ other things that needed to be sent because I had an emergency here. Aaliyah at the UPS store had great customer service and reassured me that everything would get to my daughter and she would put things in a plastic bag and have everything wrapped. Everything got delivered and my daughter said it was wrapped great and everything was in tha bags that I had it in. Aaliyah took the time and did a great job and did the box great. I will definitely be going back in the future for deliveries 📦.

  Harmony was fantastic!! She helped me get my package out even though I had issues. Her patience and professionalism with a smile helped me calm down.

  I went to this store to buy a box and then have it shipped.The associate helping me was Harmony, she measured the box and told me they had a box that size. Harmony then proceeded to ask me the mailing address. Harmony never asked me if I wanted the package packed and shipped. I asked her how long it will take for the package to arrive. Harmony said 1 to 2 days so I said great. Since the package was a birthday gift I wanted it there within that time frame. She then inputed the information and told me the price. I then asked her well what if I just purchased the box and pack it myself since that was my original plan. I came prepared with my own packing tape. Harmony told me well then you'll need to cut the box down. Since I was on my lunch break and didn't have that much time I agreed. Here again she never asked me about having it packed and shipped in the first place. This all happened on April 1st. Last night when I got home I checked the tracking for the package it said it would get there on April 6th. I was shocked and angry to find out the package was still in Monterey on April 3rd. I called the Manager of the store today April 4th and she told me there's no guarantee when you ship by ground. Well then Harmony should not have told me 1 to 2 days. Right!!!! I called customer service and they checked into it and told me the store still had my package on April 3rd and that's the day they got it shipped out. So the package did only take 1 to 2 days by ground if they shipped it out in time. Why did you hold on to my package for 2 days???? The manager lied to me and just kept telling me ground is not guaranteed. The manager didn't even bother looking into it because she already knew the my package wasn't shipped out of the store on the same day. VERY POOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! I guess I should have looked at the reviews for this location before going. It's already known for poor service.
