- CDcaring dataJul 31, 20261.0Worst possible service - I would never ever suggest anybody ever get a box there or ship from there - I was a client for 15 years and I went to pick up my mail. I forgot my key- The rude, owner told me he would not give me my mail without a my Key- or he has to charge me. I said where is your policy and notice to clients about the change. He told me to take my business elsewhere and walked away. I am closing my box and going elsewhere. What a horrible person. Rude and unprofessional. I am filing a complaint with the US post master, and the USPS main office.

I’ve seen people show up with packages untaped and with no address. Like come on. Get it together. Every time I come in with my package and shipping label ready, they are so fast and so kind. In and out under 30 seconds. You get what you give :)
