- CYChris Yerkes3 days ago1.0Worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to – avoid this location like the plague Walked into The UPS Store at 12340 Seal Beach Blvd in Seal Beach today and it was the same miserable vibe as always. Nobody greets you, nobody even looks up with a “hi.” The employees just sit there looking grumpy with major attitude, like customers are an inconvenience. On top of the terrible customer service, they love making up their own rules that directly contradict UPS corporate policy. I brought in a plain, non-USPS, non-Priority box I was simply repurposing/recycling to ship something. It had zero government markings, zero “free box” branding. The guy behind the counter still flat-out refused it and told me “you need a different box because it'll just be left here.” …This is a UPS Store. Not the post office. And it wasn’t even an official USPS priority or express box. Completely ridiculous gatekeeping just so they can push their overpriced boxes on you. If you want decent service and employees who actually follow UPS rules instead of playing mini-dictator, drive the extra few miles to a different location. This place is a joke.
