  Every single time I’ve used this company they have boldly straight up lied about when the package would arrive and offer zero help when the package inevitably does not arrive in time. It is almost impossible to get the AI to let you talk to a real person.

  I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had while attempting to pick up a package that had been delivered to our office. The package was addressed to my supervisor, and I had all the necessary information to retrieve it, including the tracking number, confirmation number, and my employee badge. Despite this, the front desk staff member, Robert, was dismissive and uncooperative from the moment I approached. I tried to explain the situation respectfully, emphasizing that I was an employee simply retrieving a package for my boss. Robert refused to acknowledge the information I provided and insisted it “didn’t match,” even though I had clearly stated the package was not under my name. When I showed him my badge, he responded rudely, saying, “You people want it to be your way,” which I found both unprofessional and deeply offensive. His behavior was unnecessarily confrontational and showed a complete lack of courtesy and customer service. I understand there are policies in place, but they should be enforced with respect and basic human decency—neither of which were shown in this interaction. I hope this issue will be addressed so that future visitors or employees do not face the same kind of treatment. Respectful communication should be the standard, especially in a professional setting.

  This place is a post office so, of course it's busy but the man and women behind the counter are doing their work and they work well together, thank you

  As everyone else says. Completely terrible, i would give less than one star if possible. I ordered something from Amazon with 2 day rush shipping because I needed it "gauranteed" by Friday. I'm at home all day waiting for the delivery and nothing. Check Amazon and USPS say they attempted delivery but no one was home. Total VS, they said they left a slip with information on how to get my package, there is no slip to be found anywhere. Maybe they went to the complete wrong address, but possible they just were lazy as others have said and didn't even try. So after driving to the Santa Cruz post office right near my house I learn that SC is serviced by this terrible location instead. Why this makes sense I have no idea.. anyway now I learn that they are closed Saturday and Sunday. So now I won't get the package until Monday at the earliest and I have to go pick it up myself. For people in my position I guess nothing will change. Ordering from Amazon you can't pick the carrier they use. Hopefully all of these comically negative experiences listed here will make some kind of change eventually though. One can hope. To the workers at this location: I'm sorry you have such an apparently terrible job. I don't know what is so bad there to make you completely apathetic, but maybe you can get out of there and find a more fulfilling job soon. Maybe it was an honest mistake, and you went to the wrong house, but come on. It's literally your job to deliver mail to these houseds every single day, it's not like the houses move around and change addresses all the time. Pretty sure my address is very clear on my mailbox and hasn't changed.

  Worst customer service. The manager is no help and the employees are misinformed. I have no idea why this is my post office. I live in Santa Cruz!
