  This UPS location is great. They are courteous and helpful when dealing with shipping needs. I’ve come in at times (minutes before close) and especially Evan (I think his name?) is always professional and recently took the time to help with Amazon returns as I was having technical issues. I’ve even witnessed firsthand other customers being rude and horribly aggressive and was so impressed with how he handled the situation! Grateful we have this store conveniently in Sausalito!

  For 13 years, I’ve frequented this UPS store purely for convenience. I've had a higher tolerance than most for their constant revolving door of unprofessional employees and filthy facility. Today, I dealt with the owner himself, who was incredibly rude and passive-aggressive. When I calmly stood up for myself, he responded with complete overkill by refusing me service. His behavior was entirely unnecessary and ego-driven. In fact, when his own employee was giving me directions to the closest alternative shipping location, the owner aggressively interrupted and snapped, "You can’t ask him questions. He’s MY employee." His toxic behavior was so blatant that another customer approached me outside to check if I was okay, apologized for how he treated me, and stated that they would be contacting UPS corporate. Go to the Mill Valley location instead. It’s clean, and the gentleman who runs it is lovely. UPS corporate sincerely needs to audit this specific location.
