- CCCasey ColopyJun 24, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience with this post office. I called because my package appears to be stuck in a forwarding loop. The tracking shows it went out for delivery in Saratoga, was forwarded, processed for forwarding multiple times, returned back to the Saratoga Post Office, went out for delivery again, and was forwarded again. That is obviously concerning, especially because I recently moved and do not want the package returned to sender or lost. Instead of listening or trying to help me understand what was happening, the employee I spoke with was dismissive, condescending, and talked to me like I was a moron. I was not asking for special treatment... I was asking for basic help with a package that has clearly had repeated routing issues. I understand USPS workers deal with a lot, and I’m sure the job can be stressful. But customers calling about missing or misrouted mail should not be treated like idiots for asking reasonable questions. A little patience and professionalism would have made a huge difference. I was told the package is supposedly on its way to the San Jose processing center and that I “should” receive it, but given the repeated scans showing the same problem happening over and over, that reassurance did not feel very meaningful. I left the call feeling more stressed, not less. This was a very poor customer service experience from the Saratoga Post Office. BE BETTER!
