- ANali NoorJul 27, 20261.0The customer service here is horrible So rude always meets us with sad faces Can’t even hear when they are talking to me… went 07/24 I entered it was almost 6:00pm everything ready just to drop. The cashier won’t help me and someone from the back hearing them saying we are close. I said everything ready. It took them less than 2 minutes and i was done. Until now the packages are showing as I never drop them. So im not sure what they done to me packages. I dropped three package just one showing as it dropped . Avoid this location at all cost
- KRKing Reviewer!Jul 13, 20265.0I had to come here to return some pants. I couldn't get the label to print even though I use a Scantron so when I came in the store I was a little bit annoyed. The guy that was inside read that immediately it helped me out immediately and we got everything done within 5 minutes. Kudos to that store in Santee right by Vons in the plaza because those guys in there are really good at customer service.
- JBJason BakerApr 20, 20265.0Went in today 04/20/26 at 5pm. A about 4 people in line in front of me and 2 after me. Friend sent me a code to print out a prepaid label to mail a letter to her. Employee Hunter was working alone and he was doing an excellent job helping customers and getting the line moving. He was very helpful to everyone in the store and was very quick at getting to the next customer but still being able to provide get service and help to each and everyone.
