- RZRafael Zacheu5 days ago1.0I visited this post office seeking help with a denied eBay claim and left more confused than when I arrived. The clerk I dealt with was dismissive, unhelpful, and made zero effort to assist or even point me in the right direction. Customer service is already a tough job, and I understand that — but there is simply no excuse for bringing such a negative attitude to work when people are coming to you for help. She seemed bothered by my presence and showed no interest in resolving my issue. The world is tough enough as it is. When someone walks through the door needing assistance, the bare minimum is a little patience and basic courtesy. Neither was offered here. If you have a choice, go to a different location. This is not a welcoming place, and until the staff attitude changes, I would not recommend it to anyone
