My mail was misrouted, delayed, and ultimately lost, and my missing mail case (#90396847) was closed without any real investigation. I was repeatedly told they couldn’t locate my mail simply because I didn’t pay for tracking. Their mistake cost me $15,000 and the chance to buy a home in California. I expected reliability and accountability this office and USPS as whole delivered neither.
