- YYYuliJun 13, 20261.0If you want to renew your passport and get a photo done, do it during the week. The staff that work Saturdays all said that they don't know how to take a photo and print it out. That it wasn't in their training. They didn't even try. Waste of my time.

- AHA K HermanMay 28, 20261.0On May 27, 2026, my package (tracking number 921449———————2191867) was marked "Returned to Sender" due to an "Insufficient Address," — I came at 5:10pm to correct the address or pick up the package. They said that if the address was correct already, then it will ship out on the 28th. I visited the facility today, May 28, at approximately 5:00 PM, to intercept the item before it was physically transported away from the station. The clerk at the counter looked up the tracking number and stated that the package was already out for delivery to the sender. I don’t understand why they didn’t look for the package fully before it was sent away, or keep the package for pickup or deliver to the correct address in the first place. Now I’m at risk of not even receiving the package altogether.
- MKMarcella KMay 27, 20264.0Honestly I find this to be the friendliest staff of all of the post offices in Santa Rosa. In my experience the staff has gone above and beyond to assist me with my reselling business and learning the ropes of the USPS shipping machine. While most of the staff I’ve interacted with have been kind and conversational, a special shout out to the Asian-American woman with long hair (sorry, she doesn’t wear a name tag) who has been especially helpful with various challenges that I’ve encountered! Also this is the only location with a machine and that’s open on Saturdays. So I find myself driving a bit farther to utilize this location.
