- JJJonathan2 days ago1.0The Santa Rosa USPS office completely failed me. My mail was misrouted, delayed, and ultimately lost, and my missing mail case (#90396847) was closed without any real investigation. I was repeatedly told they couldn’t locate my mail simply because I didn’t pay for tracking. Their mistake cost me $15,000 and the chance to buy a home in California. I expected reliability and accountability this office and USPS as whole delivered neither.

I also sent my income tax through this post office and they lost it in the mail ? I’ll never do business in this location . That cost me problems with the irs .
