  I recently had an excellent experience at the Windsor UPS Store in Santa Rosa, thanks to Jadd and Christal. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and warmth. They were incredibly efficient and friendly, making the entire process a breeze. I needed to get my passport photos taken and handle all the paperwork for my application. Jadd and Christal took care of everything, ensuring that all the details were managed seamlessly. They made what could have been a stressful task feel super easy!
