  Was shocked to see how rude the two employees were to a Black mom and her teen son this afternoon. There was some mix-up with which name was on a birthday present sent to the teen. Regardless, the staff were hostile and very rude to the customer, the Mom never raised her voice or threatened anyone. She went back to the middle counter and even called the sender to try to figure it out and muttered that the situation was "Horseshit" which I fully agree with. The owner / manager then CALLED THE COPS!! Unbelievable. Regardless of the situation customers should NEVER be treated this way. What should have been a joyous occasion of receiving a birthday gift was, yes a raciest and shameful interaction. I will go elsewhere for sure and I'm so sorry I didn't step in at the moment and see if an ID could have been used for identification and questioned the need to call the police! Wow. (You can safely ignore all the 5 star reviews on their world-class customer service written by I assume fake family members?)

  Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful even when I mix up where I'm supposed to be taking my Amazon returns. The staff is always patient and happy to assist in figuring out how to solve my mistake, It appears to be community oriented owner that sets the cutlrure of the store. Some time back I was in the parking lot outside the store trying to figure out how to deal with my lisence plate that was hanging off my car, holding on by only one screw. The owner was walking by and asked if I needed a hand. She went into her UPS store and got one of the emplioyees to go into the back and get the right tools to add another screw and affix my lisence plate back on so I could drive home. It became clear to me her helpfulness and desire to take care of her community was instilled in everyone she hires. Its hard to find this type of community care and commitment in stores that are typically transactional experiences.

  Fast service always. The employees at the Calistoga Rd UPS Store are well trained and very courteous with customers. I always have a quick in and out experience.

  If you’re in a hurry this is the most efficient UPS store I have ever used. I do all my returns here and this is where I would go if I needed to ship anything myself. The staff here know their jobs. Great store!
