  This is my UPS of choice and go out of my way to do drop offs here cuz everyone is so kind and easy to work with. And i love its family run here.

  I tried to ship an item I’m selling using an original box with a QR code from Mercari. Lady in the counter forced me to buy a $7 bubble wrap because they cannot stick the label on the box because ‘it will be rejected by the seller’. I told her ‘I am the seller’ and ‘I’m not returning a product from Amazon’, but she said I ‘ordered the shipping wrong’ which doesn’t make sense. I just bought the bubble wrap because my time is worth more than $7. Edit per owner response: the package was packed properly and secured. I was not told it was rejected for not being secured, but because the lady said returns get rejected if labels were put on the original box. I told the lady I was selling the item to a buyer, not returning the item, but she insisted I put it in a box or bubble wrap despite it already being securely packaged by its original box.

  I wish Google allowed six stars, because this UPS Store has earned every one of them. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and I have consistently received outstanding service. The owner and her assistant are two of the kindest, most helpful people you could ever deal with. They are always friendly, professional, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. More than once, they’ve seen me approaching with a large or heavy package and immediately offered me a dolly before I even had to ask. Whether I’m shipping something, making copies, or sending a fax, everything is handled efficiently and correctly. What really sets this location apart is the people. I almost always end up staying a few extra minutes just to chat with them. They make you feel welcome and appreciated, not like you’re simply the next customer in line. This is exactly what a locally owned business should be: dependable, helpful, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to visit. I highly recommend them.

  The notary here did my live scan for my public school job. There was such thoughtful customer service, and she made the process quick/easy! I found out UPS stores are individually owned, I highly recommend choosing this specific location for this type of service
