- VLVeronica L1 day ago1.0I dropped off several packages, and the woman working the front counter (with red hair) refused to weigh them. We had to ask her three times before she finally did. The package weight is often required by marketplace apps if you ever need to file a claim or resolve a shipping issue, so it should be done the first time without having to ask. Every other UPS location I've been to weighs my packages without any issue, so this seems to be a problem with this employee, not UPS as a whole. She also had an attitude, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Save yourself a bad experience and go to a different UPS location.

- AAAlanMay 22, 20265.0Forget about CVS-UPS. By far, this UPS is the best one in town and around the area; walk-in/walk-out only takes several min. If you are returning Amazon packages, UPS/Amazon made it simple with minimum interactions. Every couple of years I would forget and try a return at CVS and CVS won't take the package, because it wasn't 'properly' packaged for the return. I ended up had to drive to this UPS store with the same package and shipped without any issue. The server just added the necessary tapes to secure the package.

Every UPS store I've ever been to has been so accommodating and taken my packages unsealed with printed prepaid label, offering to tape them up and get them posted for me. That's why they are my first stop for all postal needs. The owner here was unwilling to do that and sent me away with 5 of my 6 packages that weren't pre-taped, wasting the trip I made during work hours. Bottom line, try another location, don't waste your time at this one.
