  Worst shipping experience of my life. Shipping a small piece of equipment to Dubai. Manufacturer gave me a shipping label and told me not to pack the device because DHL needs to inspect it and then they will pack it safely. When I got there they knew nothing about packing anything and offered to sell me a box that was too small and wanted to wrap it in paper. That is obviously unsafe so I took the device home and packed it myself in bubble wrap but did not have a box. DHL guy again wanted to stuff the device in the box that was too small in the first place. That didn’t work and he had no other boxes except DHL branded ones. When I asked to use one of those boxes, he said I couldn’t do that because I came with a prearranged shipping label. DHL branded boxes are only for people that generate their shipping label inside the store. I offered to pay for the box and he still refused. The only thing he would do for me is look up another DHL location, which I can do on my own. So not only did this place do its utmost to make sure they didn’t do any business with me, they also sent me to another location so they could make money off me. Go figure.
